The personnel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean and nicely decorated, with a big television and great shower amenities. The location was excellent, very close to a tube station and plenty of dining options.

Access to the upper floors could be challenging since there's no lift.

We had a lovely stay in a spacious room with comfy beds, and the kids loved the breakfast spread, especially the scrambled eggs and beans! It was easy to hop on the tube just a five-minute walk away and explore London. The staff were super friendly too!

In my wife's opinion, more towel racks would help families with children.

The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from a tube station with lots of nearby restaurants. The staff are accommodating and genuinely helpful, making the experience pleasant. However, the room showed signs of wear with peeling paint and a limited cupboard space. Additionally, the cleanliness left something to be desired, as our basement room had a slight odor. Breakfast options were limited but prepared with care.
